Hello Everyone,
We had a great weekend in Santa Cruz, it was the warmest I weekend that I can remember. However, after good surf on Thursday and Friday we woke up to small surf on Saturday and even smaller surf on Sunday. It was definitely challenging even getting your wave count, which was only three on Sunday.
We filled 11 competition spots and took home 5 trophies! The club came in 8th overall. Thanks to all the surfers who make the long trip north. A special congrats to Makala who ripped and Brandyn Garske who filled in for me in the team captain division and won!

Next event is July 24-25th MBC's "Call to the Wall"
Pacific Beach is having a one day contest on July 12th
Our contest is August 13-15. We will be having a pro noseriding and pro open event on Friday
Malibu Surfing Association contest is Sept 11-12. Money is due for this event by the end of June, 100.00 a head.
